SP40 - WE'RE SAILING ABOVE 40 KNOTS AVERAGE!

After being clocked at 51 knots (95 km/h) in late February, the team has reached a new milestone by completing, for the first time, a run with an average speed of 41+ knots (76 km/h) over 500 meters – the benchmark distance for the world record. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the team is sailing as much as possible so that our pilots can fully master the boat’s behavior, from 0 to 70+ knots (130 km/h). It’s all about refining trajectories, pushing the limits, and fighting for every extra knot that brings us closer to the absolute record held by Paul Larsen: 65.45 knots (121 km/h) average over 500m.
